Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Clinic Head who will lead our dental center both clinically and operationally. This role is ideal for a dentist who not only excels in treatment delivery but also possesses leadership and management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence
- Diagnose and deliver comprehensive dental treatments with high standards of care
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hygiene standards
- Handle complex cases and guide junior dentists
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the clinical and support team
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven work environment
- Operations Management
- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and equipment
- Maintain records, compliance, and reporting standards
- Patient Experience
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
- Ensure excellent patient satisfaction and retention
- Business & Growth
- Implement strategies to enhance footfall, clinic performance, and patient care & engagements
Who We’re Looking For
- BDS/MDS with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
- Strong expertise in general dentistry (multi-specialty exposure is a plus)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and excellence
