Job Title: Treatment Coordinator (Non-Clinical)
Location: Koramangala
We are hiring a Treatment Coordinator for a non-clinical role to support patients through their treatment journey and ensure seamless coordination within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans, timelines, and costs to patients
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
- Support treatment acceptance and patient communication
- Work closely with doctors and clinic teams
Requirements:
- BDS qualification (mandatory)
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience preferred
- MBA / MHA is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
