About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Client Service Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, managing accounts, and delivering exceptional service experiences. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Service Delivery: Handle client queries, complaints, and requests with professionalism.
- Account Coordination: Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to meet client needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track service levels and prepare performance reports.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand client accounts.
- Issue Resolution: Manage escalations and ensure corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Account Management.
- Proficiency in CRM Software and MS Office.

- Strong Communication Skills and client-facing confidence.
- Effective Problem-Solving abilities.
- Excellent Time Management and multitasking skills.
- Good Negotiation Skills to balance client and company needs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
