Role Overview
As an Area Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand in the field, responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor and retail relationships, and ensuring product visibility and availability across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective primary and secondary sales management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product placement, merchandising standards, and stock availability
- Assist in distributor and retail network expansion by identifying potential partners and outlets
- Support promotional campaigns and new product launches to drive consumer demand
- Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports using digital tools
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG or retail sales, with a strong customer orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork
- Basic knowledge of Excel and mobile applications for reporting purposes
