Role description
We are looking for an experienced ETL/Data Pipeline Test Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in testing data platforms, ETL processes, data pipelines, and stream-processing applications. Key Responsibilities Design and execute test strategies for ETL processes and data pipelines. Perform data validation, data reconciliation, and end-to-end testing. Validate data transformation, extraction, and loading processes. Test batch and real-time/stream-processing pipelines. Identify, troubleshoot, and track data quality and pipeline issues. Work closely with Data Engineers, Developers, and Business teams to resolve defects. Develop and execute SQL-based test queries for data validation. Automate testing where applicable using Python or other scripting languages.
