Position: Head of Maintenance (HOD)

A. Plant & Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure reliable operation and maximum availability of all production machinery and equipment.
- Plan and monitor preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Develop equipment-wise maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
B. Foundry-Specific Maintenance
Maintain critical foundry equipment including:
- Induction furnaces and electrical systems
- Melting and pouring equipment
- Moulding and core-making machines
- Shot blasting machines
- Fettling and grinding equipment
- Material-handling equipment, cranes and hoists
- Compressors, pumps and cooling systems
- Dust extraction and pollution-control systems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- DG sets and other utilities
- Ensure timely maintenance of critical equipment to prevent production stoppages.
C. Spare Parts & Inventory Management
- Identify and maintain adequate stock of critical maintenance spares.
- Coordinate with Stores and Purchase for timely procurement of spares.
D. Maintenance Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare the annual maintenance budget and monitor expenditure.
E. Team Management
- Lead and supervise the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and utility maintenance teams.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech./Diploma in Mechanical
Experience
- 12–20 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in a foundry, steel, engineering or heavy manufacturing industry.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
