Summary:
As an Application Lead, your day typically involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You act as the central liaison for all application-related activities, coordinating with various stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. Your role requires overseeing the progress of application initiatives, troubleshooting challenges, and guiding the team towards successful implementation while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application objectives with business needs.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Document application processes and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and manage large-scale data pipelines.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline application deployment and maintenance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
