Retail customer Support :
- Build enduring, trust-based relationships by engaging with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Deliver accurate, detailed, and complete information using appropriate tools and communication channels.
- Achieve call management benchmarks as well as individual objectives.
- Collect and evaluate customer data to identify potential products or services for management recommendations.
- Offer suitable solutions or alternatives within defined timelines and follow up to confirm issue resolution.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions, manage customer accounts, and complete required documentation when needed.
- Adhere to established communication guidelines, procedures, and organizational policies.
