Focus Awards Limited, a UK-based awarding organisation, is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our Rajkot office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the India sales team.
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
- Acquire new customers, partners, and training centres internationally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare sales reports and updates for the UK Head Office.
- Support business development and international expansion activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience in a supervisory or similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
