Using Confluence and other documentation development tools
Develop new content as well as help to maintain the over ~2500 pages of editor facing documentation.
1-3 years’ experience authoring high-quality and detailed technical documents
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or relevant work experience
Strong experience developing and optimizing knowledge content
Ability to integrate complex ideas, strategies, and operational models into content that can be easily understood.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with Confluence and Keynote highly preferred
An interest in maps
Comfortable interfacing with product managers, software engineers, and service delivery groups to execute timely delivery of knowledge assets
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently to resolve issues with a mindset towards execution and delivery.
Passion for delivering projects and communications on time with the highest level of quality
Meet deadlines and complete multiple projects on aggressive schedules
