You will be responsible for theConsolidation and Management of the solutions intended for Identity Verification and External Collaborator Management, you will design, build, and deliver next-generation solutions that operate at a global scale You will be part of multiple initiatives or projects with multiple specialists across multiple time zones in order to achieve the organizational objectives.
Your team:
As a Specialist External Workforce Identity, you would be part of a multicultural and global team protecting our information and assets from unauthorized access, security risks and cyber attacks.
Your key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the end to end integration of the External Collaborators Management and the Identity Verification security solutions, producing and maintaining sufficient documentation.
- Identify Verification: Partner with Product owners from P and act as a core member driving the ID Verification product offering, leading initiatives to upgrade secure access controls for modern enterprises
- External Collaborators Management: Partner with Business owners and act as point of contact to understand their requirements and translate them into technical requirements and implementation steps
- Interact with senior internal and external partners on significant technical matters and contribute to determining success criteria and evaluation of promising solutions/technologies via Proofs of Concepts (PoC’s) and feasibility studies.
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level support. Operationally manage and coordinate the Security Components migration from the acquired company to Roche Standards.
- Design and maintain the mid-term strategy for enhancing our security components..
- Promptly responding to customer requests, resolve incidents and implementing changes, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Understanding, implementing and following relevant concepts of ITIL, GxP and Project Management. These include Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Document Management, Qualification and Validation and Project Management
- Actively focusing on own self-development and creating actionable plans to improve
- Occasional international travel is required
Required skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline; or recognition of prior working experience which is equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience working in a major global organization, preferably in a regulated industry and in providing solutions aligned with standards, security, validation, capacity and high availability.
- Proven interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals in multiple countries and in varying cultures
- Strong hands-on technical skills with an IT operations background. Knowledge on infrastructure technologies, business processes and applications with a focus on Identity Verification providers (Persona, Trulioo, Onfido, IDnow) and or SailPoint IdentityNow and AWS Cognito
- Proven record of coordinating and participating in large scale initiatives.
- Good understanding of IT Security systems and landscape with knowledge of Directories, and Identity Management.
- Willingness to continually evolve, acquire and maintain the technical and soft skills appropriate to the requirements of this position
- Committing to operational excellence, with a willingness to cross-train and to learn additional technical expertise
- Taking a proactive, collaborative and supportive approach when interacting with colleagues
- Strong customer focus and a highly responsive service delivery and support ethic
- Adaptable to change in a large organization
