Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
