Front Desk Executive – Job Description (Hotel)
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive for our hotel who will be responsible for managing guest reception, check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and handle front desk operations professionally
Manage guest check-in and check-out process
Handle room bookings, reservations, and cancellations
Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
Maintain guest records and update hotel software/system
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Handle billing, payments, and invoice generation
Resolve guest complaints politely and efficiently
Ensure lobby/front office area is neat and organized
Provide information about hotel services and local areas
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge and hotel software knowledge preferred
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Ability to work in shifts
Customer service experience preferred
Graduation preferred / minimum 12th pass
