We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Education Counsellors to guide prospective students in selecting suitable online degree and certification programs. The role involves student counselling, lead nurturing, admissions support, and achieving enrolment targets through consultative sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students via calls, emails, and virtual/in-person meetings.
- Understand students' educational background and career goals.
- Provide guidance on online degree programs and career opportunities.
- Support students throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets through effective follow-ups.
- Maintain lead and conversion data in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or EdTech.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, LSQ, or Zoho is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
