Responsible for overall Operational Efficiency of the Store.
Ensure stock availability on the store including proper Product handling.
Managing and Improving the Customer satisfaction.
Improve the Customer Service by tracking and resolving Customer grievances.
Improve Team members operational efficiency through Training and coaching.
Managing, Motivating and Mentoring the Team.
Control of Shrinkage.
Ensure to update the all relevant documents and registers.
To follow the defined SOPs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
