Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our school's digital presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, professional video editing, social media management, and digital marketing campaigns. The role requires someone who can create engaging content that showcases the school's achievements, events, academic excellence, and culture while driving admissions and community engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Develop engaging content for social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, articles, event highlights, and promotional content.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with the school's activities and admission campaigns.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to collect content from various departments.
Photography & Video Editing
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of school events, classroom activities, competitions, and celebrations.
- Edit videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Create reels, shorts, testimonials, admission videos, and branding films.
- Design visually appealing creatives using graphic design tools.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the school's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages/comments professionally.
- Track trends and create relevant content to increase reach and engagement.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for admissions and branding.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Implement SEO best practices for website content.
- Support email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
Website Management
- Update website content regularly.
- Ensure event galleries, news, blogs, and announcements remain current.
- Coordinate with website vendors for improvements and maintenance.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
- Maintain the school's visual identity and communication standards.
- Create promotional materials for admissions, events, and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track website and social media performance using analytics tools.
- Generate monthly reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Recommend improvements based on performance insights.
Required Skills
- Strong content writing and storytelling skills.
- Professional video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design tools.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media algorithms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
- Photography and videography skills are preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Content Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in the education sector or school marketing is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation, video editing, and digital campaigns.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
