Tele Counsellor (Fresher)
Location: Dehradun (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: As per market standards
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, energetic, and positive personality.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Graduation (Completed/Pursuing) is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students over phone calls.
- Explain our courses and services clearly.
- Understand candidates' requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly counselling targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrolment.
- Resolve basic queries and provide excellent customer support.
