Job Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and support digital marketing activities across our e-commerce brands. The role will be responsible for influencer marketing, performance reporting, and coordination with our external marketing agency.
The ideal candidate should have experience in influencer collaborations, and digital marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing
- Identify and connect with relevant influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations, product dispatches, and campaign execution.
- Track influencer performance and campaign ROI.
- Maintain influencer databases and collaboration records.
Social Media Growth
- Work with the marketing agency to increase social media followers and engagement.
- Monitor content performance and audience growth.
- Assist in planning campaigns, collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Track engagement metrics and growth trends.
Marketing Agency Coordination
- Coordinate with the external marketing agency on campaign execution and deliverables.
- Review reports and provide feedback.
- Ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Support implementation of new marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and trackers.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
- Present insights on advertising, influencer campaigns, and social media growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
Skills Required
- Experience with influencer marketing and social media growth.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
