Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer with experience in Jewellery Retail. The candidate should have strong customer handling skills, sales capability, and the ability to maintain excellent store presentation and discipline standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and assist customers professionally to deliver an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate jewellery products and provide product knowledge to customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain store decorum, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper stock display and support inventory control activities.
- Follow company SOPs, billing processes, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Jewellery Retail preferred/ Freshers can also eligible for the post.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer handling and selling ability
- Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
