- Manage office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, office maintenance, and facility management.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
- Maintain office assets and records.
- Support management in organizing meetings, events, and official documentation.
