We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
Conduct regular field visits as per the daily call plan.
Organize product presentations, CMEs, and awareness programs.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and stockists.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Attend training programs, sales meetings, and product briefings.
Maintain ethical promotion practices and comply with company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or any related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
