Job Description
We are hiring a Junior BDE for our IT company. The candidate should have experience in Upwork bidding, lead generation, and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through Upwork and other platforms
- Communicate with clients via chat, email, and calls
- Understand client requirements and share proposals
- Coordinate with technical teams for project discussions
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in Business Development/IT Sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Upwork bidding is mandatory
- Basic understanding of IT services
