Designation: HR Generalist
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (Hire to Exit).
- Coordinate recruitment, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Manage attendance and payroll processing.
- Prepare and issue all HR-related letters.
- Administer employee benefits (PF, ESI, GPA, GMC, etc.).
- Process employee travel claims and reimbursements.
- Address employee queries and resolve grievances.
- Handle full and final settlement and exit formalities.
Qualification:
- Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
Skills:
- Knowledge of payroll, labour laws, statutory compliance, and HRMS.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
