What You'll Do
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Solve real-world engineering problems with a focus on clean, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on product features and technical improvements.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and documentation.
- Learn new technologies, frameworks, and languages as required by the project.
- Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions.
- Continuously improve development workflows and engineering practices.
What We're Looking For
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Passion for software development and building impactful products.
- Comfortable learning new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
- Experience with or enthusiasm for AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Antigravity, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar coding assistants.
- Ability to break down complex problems and iterate toward practical solutions.
- Good understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
- Curiosity, ownership, and a willingness to experiment and learn.
Nice to Have
- Personal projects, hackathon participation, or open-source contributions.
- Experience with web, mobile, backend, or AI application development.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative software development workflows.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, or databases.

- Duration: 6 months based on performance PPO
- Location: Baner , Pune
- Stipend:
- Stipend after 3 months applicable
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
