Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Generate and issue offer letters and coordinate pre-joining documentation.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
- Work on employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and timelines.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply for Junior HR Recruiter roles).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
