Job Summary:
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising civil construction and maintenance activities at site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards and approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and maintenance work.
- Monitor site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors at site.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Check quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and discipline.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and site records.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within schedule.
- Identify and report site issues or delays to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
- 1–2 years of experience in construction/site supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of construction practices and site management.
