Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
