ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and ensure delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams.
- Drive project delivery, identify risks, and manage dependencies.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Participate in customer-facing discussions and solution design.
- Ensure application quality, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Support Agile development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Must-have Skills
- React JS (Minimum 5+ years)
- REST APIs and Microservices
- Team Management (10+ Engineers)
Nice-to-have Skills
- Kafka / RabbitMQ / SNS-SQS
- Datadog / Kibana / New Relic
- Banking or Financial Services Domain Experience
- UI/UX and Responsive Web Design Experience
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,448,273.02 per year
