Key Responsibilities
1. MD Office Management
- Manage MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, set priorities
- Book travel, hotels or any
- Attend MD meetings, take minutes, share crisp summaries + action items
- Handle confidential emails, calls, and documents
2. Team Delegation & Follow-up
- Receive tasks from MD and delegate to relevant staff/departments
- Track weekly task status, send reminders, escalate delays
- Prepare weekly report for MD on pending vs completed work
3. Coordination
- Be the single point of contact between MD and team
- Coordinate with other departments for approvals, data, updates
- Handle occasional personal admin tasks for MD like bookings, errands
Requirements :
- 1+ years as EA/PA/Executive Secretary
- Excellent written + spoken English. Hindi is a plus
- Pro in Google Calendar, Gmail, Excel/Sheets, MS Office
- Extreme discretion + confidentiality. MD’s info stays with you
- High ownership mindset: “If MD needs it, I’ll make it happen”
- Organized, proactive, calm under pressure, zero excuses
- Mature, stable, and able to handle sensitive/personal tasks professionally
Good to Have
- She can have experience in trading/wholesale business
- She can have basic MIS/reporting skills/Computer knowledge
-She must be preferably married.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹24,550.00 per month
