4. Qualification – Any UG Degree from recognized University
5. Experience – 5-10 Years
6. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communications, lead regular project status reviews, and provide transparent updates to the project investors and utility stakeholders.
- Coordinate with our engineering and performance monitoring teams to know the health reports to clients covering battery capacity retention, degradation curves, and efficiency metrics.
- Act as the escalation point if system downtime occurs. Work with technical support teams to resolve issues rapidly, keeping clients informed
- Handling all the queries of the customer about the product and service.
- Prepare and maintain necessary project documents such as quotations, orders, reports, and invoices.
- Handle customer support, service visits, and warranty issues after installation.
- Maintain accurate data in the system and create reports on project status and customer information.
7. Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of solar and battery products are helpful for customer and technical team interactions.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
