Trampoline & Game Area Attendant
We are looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused staff for our Trampoline Park and Game Zone. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring guest safety, providing excellent customer service, and creating a fun experience for all visitors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in the trampoline and gaming area.
- Explain game/trampoline rules and safety guidelines to guests.
- Monitor activities and ensure safety standards are followed at all times.
- Help guests during games, attractions, and activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the gaming and trampoline area.
- Handle guest queries and provide quick support when required.
- Collect guest feedback and reviews to improve customer experience.
- Support birthday parties, corporate events, and group bookings when needed.
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations.
- Report any technical or safety issues immediately.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Energetic, active, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of gaming/trampoline activities is preferred.
- Team player with good guest engagement skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in entertainment, gaming centers, trampoline parks, or hospitality industry.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
