Job Summary:
We are seeking a smart, qualified and QA/QC oriented candidate to assist in managing the Laboratory activities. The ideal candidate will have strong QA/QC attitude, in-depth knowledge of laboratory operations and processes, and a quick learner. This person will be responsible for testing of different products inhouse, managing data and samples, support the team in all operational lab activities including co-ordination with production team at our Pundi site.

Key Responsibilities.
In a Group organisational structure based on functional responsibility criteria, the candidate will be responsible for
· Conducting different tests as per laid down procedures, and report the test results as per established formats
· Ensure QA/QC of all products and support team involved in evaluation of raw materials , semi finished products and finished products
· Pro-actively involve in sample collection, evaluation, testing, data records and sample preservation across the different grades of products
· Make evaluations, inspection and conducts tests to approve incoming Raw materials
· Maintain records as per established norms for data availability and ISO requirements
· Maintain and ensure the lab equipment is calibrated and maintained in Good working condition
· R&D activities as required for formulations, optimizing cost of products with suitable activation levels.
· QC on all packaging materials and ensuring proper product and packaging specifications
· Take charge of laboratory operations
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree BSc. Chemistry/ MSc. Chemistry.
· Minimum 6 years of QA/QC experience in laboratory of a Company involved in manufacturing
· Fluent in English and Hindi, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Gujarathi will be added preference
· Strong work ethics and systematic and analytic approach to work
· Ability to work independently, with initiative and problem-solving attitude.

Main work location:
· Pundi, Kutch Manufacturing plant (30 kms from Bhuj, 25 Kms from Mandvi)
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
