Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, HRMS administration, and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and roll out offer letters and appointment letters.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and employee orientation.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments for employee onboarding readiness.
- Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exits.
- Conduct exit interviews and facilitate smooth offboarding.
HR Operations & HRMS Management
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with high accuracy.
- Administer HRMS platforms (Zoho or similar systems).
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data updates.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and audit-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and employee counseling discussions.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend improvement measures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Identify skill gaps and support learning initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness and participation.
HR Policy & Compliance
- Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support compliance audits and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate background verification processes with vendors and employees.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and employee relations skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Pay: ₹12,621.19 - ₹41,271.38 per month
