Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end US recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, submitting, and closing candidates across IT and non-IT verticals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
- Manage client requisitions and work closely with Account Managers / Vendor Managers to ensure timely and quality submissions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Indeed), ATS databases, social media, and employee referrals.
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs, submission ratios, interview-to-offer ratios, and fill rates.
- Drive Boolean and X-ray search techniques and coach recruiters on advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for niche and critical skill requirements.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10–15 US recruiters, ensuring daily targets, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks are consistently met.
- Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, one-on-ones, and calibration sessions during US night shift hours.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and deploy targeted training, coaching, and upskilling programs.
- Monitor recruiter performance dashboards, submission quality, and hiring funnel metrics; drive corrective actions proactively.
- Foster a high-energy, collaborative, and accountability-driven team culture in a remote-first night shift environment.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of placed candidates.
Tax, Compliance & Legal Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of US tax terms: W2 (Full-time Employee), 1099 (Independent Contractor), and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) engagement models — ability to explain pros, cons, and compliance risks of each.
- Understanding of IRS worker classification rules, co-employment risks, and proper IC vs. employee distinctions.
- Knowledge of FICA taxes, federal/state income tax withholding, payroll tax implications for W2 contractors.
- Familiarity with US employment laws including FLSA, IRCA (Form I-9), EEO regulations, and background check compliance (FCRA).
- Awareness of state-specific tax obligations, nexus issues, and multi-state payroll compliance considerations.
- Understanding of H-1B, OPT, CPT, TN, and EAD visa categories and their work authorization implications in the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in US IT / Non-IT Staffing in a night shift environment.
- Proven experience managing and leading teams of 10+ recruiters in a KPI-driven, high-volume setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models and associated compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with major US job boards: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, TechFetch, and Naukri Gulf (for sourcing).
- Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, PCRecruiter, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of US time zones, geography, and cultural nuances relevant to client and candidate communication.
- Excellent communication skills in English — both verbal and written — with the ability to engage US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with ability to build and interpret recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
