Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic screening of candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining formalities.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or final-year students can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in HR Recruitment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Job Details
- Stipend (Internship): Paid
- Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on performance)
