We are looking for a proactive and experience Production Maintenance Engineer to oversee production mechanical maintenance activities in our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance, machine troubleshooting and continuous improvement to ensure maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency. Knowledge of machines like welding, cutting, grinding, bending, drilling, lathe etc will be useful for daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and executive preventive , predictive and breakdown maintenance
· Troubleshoot mechanical equipment’s and resolve machine failure
· Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, bearing, conveyor and rotating equipment’s
· Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth workflow
· Improve machine utilization, productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
· Reduce downtime, wastage and operational losses.
· Ensure timely availability of spare parts and maintenance materials
· Maintain maintenance records, machine history and documentation
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
· Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures
· Maintain housekeeping standards in the maintenance area
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in mechanical engineering
· 5+ years in production and mechanical maintenance with in a manufacturing environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
