We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Human Resources to join our Bengaluru Head Office and support our US operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands-on experience in US HR practices, payroll administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless HR operations for our Houston branch while maintaining compliance with US federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Compliance
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle for the US workforce, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
- Coordinate with legal advisors and external consultants on HR compliance matters.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks for US operations.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Process US payroll accurately and within established timelines.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors and finance teams to manage salary processing, tax deductions, statutory compliance, and payroll reporting.
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, overtime regulations, and payroll-related legal requirements.
- Support administration of employee benefits, insurance programs, and leave management.
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Support end-to-end recruitment for the Houston branch, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Assist with workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and retention programs.
HR Administration & Reporting
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and MIS related to headcount, payroll, attrition, and compliance.
- Maintain HRIS data and ensure accuracy of employee information.
- Support internal and external audits by providing HR documentation and reports.
- Respond to employee queries related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 4–7 years of HR experience with direct exposure to US HR operations.
- Proven hands-on experience in US payroll processing and HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of US employment laws, payroll regulations, taxation basics, and employee documentation.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms, payroll software, and third-party payroll vendors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.

Preferred Experience
- Mandatory: Experience supporting multi-state US HR operations.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, gaming, or other multi-location organizations.
- Familiarity with US employee benefits administration, compliance audits, and HR best practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
