Key Responsibilities
- Contact and assist customers who have shown interest in CreditSea's products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and application process.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Loan Sales, Credit Card Sales, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
