Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and professional Residential Chef to prepare high-quality, hygienic, and nutritious meals for a private household. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in South Indian cuisine, particularly Karnataka/Bangalore-style food.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare daily meals according to the family's preferences and requirements.
* Specialize in authentic South Indian and Karnataka cuisine.
* Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
* Plan menus and manage grocery and kitchen requirements.
* Prepare both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as required.
* Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper food storage.
* Adapt dishes according to dietary preferences and special occasions.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Residential/Private Chef.
* Excellent knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
* Strong understanding of Karnataka/Bangalore-style dishes.
* Good communication skills and knowledge of Kannada/local Bangalore language preferred.
* Well-mannered, trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined.
* Comfortable with a 24×7 residential setup.
* Good personal hygiene and professional conduct.
