We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in construction site execution, supervision, and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
- Maintain quality standards and safety procedures on site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and support project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Previous experience in the construction field is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site management.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
