Job Summary
IIDA is looking for a responsible, disciplined, and vigilant Watchman/Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of the organization's premises, employees, students, visitors, and assets. The candidate should maintain a secure environment by monitoring access, patrolling the premises, and responding promptly to any security concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and safeguard the organization's premises, buildings, and property.
- Control the entry and exit of employees, students, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Verify visitor identity and maintain the visitor register.
- Conduct regular patrols around the campus and report any suspicious activities.
- Ensure all gates, doors, and windows are properly secured.
- Monitor CCTV systems (if applicable) and report any unusual incidents.
- Respond promptly to emergencies such as fire alarms, accidents, or security breaches.
- Assist during emergency evacuation procedures.
- Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
- Coordinate with the Administration team regarding maintenance or safety concerns.
- Ensure discipline and order within the campus.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
