Job Description:
We are looking for a CRM Customization Specialist who can design, customize, and optimize CRM systems according to business requirements. The candidate will be responsible for CRM configuration, workflow automation, integrations, reporting dashboards, and improving sales and customer management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows according to business needs.
- Develop and manage CRM automation for lead capture, follow-ups, notifications, and customer journeys.
- Configure sales pipelines, lead assignment rules, and task management systems.
- Integrate CRM with websites, APIs, payment gateways, email, WhatsApp, and other business tools.
- Create customized dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Manage CRM user roles, permissions, and data security.
- Perform CRM data migration, cleanup, and database management.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide technical support.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into CRM solutions.
- Continuously improve CRM processes for better sales conversion and customer experience.
