We work with national and international brands across industries and also train aspiring digital marketers through our academy programs.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can lead both agency operations and academy growth.
This is a leadership role with revenue responsibility.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Managing client campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO)
- Leading the internal marketing team
- Driving admissions for our digital marketing academy
- Ensuring performance, profitability, and growth
This is not just a campaign role — this is a growth leadership position.
Key ResponsibilitiesAgency Management
- Plan and execute Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor SEO / AEO performance
- Manage client strategy calls
- Improve ROAS and client retention
- Track campaign KPIs and prepare reports
- Upsell and cross-sell services
Academy Growth
- Lead generation campaigns for student admissions
- Execute webinar funnels & conversion strategies
- Manage CRM & WhatsApp automation
- Track admission conversions and batch filling
- Support branding & positioning
Team Leadership
- Manage designers, SEO team, video editors
- Allocate tasks & monitor daily execution
- Conduct review meetings
- Ensure SOP-based workflow
Required Skills
- 3–6 years experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Basic knowledge of SEO & funnels
- Experience in handling a team
- Understanding of CRM & automation tools
- Malayalam & English fluency mandatory
- Strong communication & presentation skills
