About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and mature professional to independently manage projects involving English Language Proficiency Training, along with trainer identification, deployment and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate English Language Proficiency Training projects from planning through completion.
- Identify, assess and coordinate suitable English language trainers for different training requirements and locations.
- Coordinate trainer schedules, deployment, training delivery, assessments and project documentation.
- Monitor training quality and ensure adherence to the prescribed academic framework.
- Support identification and development of new training opportunities.
- Travel to training locations as required.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in English Language Training / English Communication Skills Training is mandatory.
- Good understanding of CEFR and English language proficiency frameworks.
- CELTA / TESOL / TKT or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of English language teaching methodologies.
- Mature, responsible and capable of independently managing assignments from the Ahmedabad office.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
