About Role:
HackerKernel is looking for a passionate and energetic HR Executive with hands-on experience in IT Recruitment . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment along with basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
Coordinate interviews with candidates and technical panels
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Manage offer rollout and onboarding coordination
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
Employee documentation and joining formalities
Attendance and HR coordination activities
Support employee engagement initiatives
Assist in maintaining HR records and reports
Requirements
Minimum 1+ Year experience in IT Recruitment
Good understanding of technical roles and hiring process
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
