Business Development Executive
About the Role:
We're looking for a driven BDE to identify and seize new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth. You'll be the face of our company, presenting our products/services to potential clients and ensuring existing clients stay happy .
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls and networking
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Present company products/services to potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic presentations
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for client requirements
- Follow up on leads, negotiations, and closures
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Preferences:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
- Experience in handling CRM software is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
