We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Sales Manager to lead our property listing and sales operations. You will be responsible for sourcing premium property listings, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving the end-to-end sales cycle to maximize conversions.
- Listing Acquisition & Management: Procure high-value residential/commercial listings. Ensure all properties are accurately documented, priced competitively, and updated across listing platforms and CRM sys
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives/agents. Set individual sales targets, conduct daily/weekly huddles, and track performance metrics.
- Client Engagement: Build a robust network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), buyers, and investors. Understand their exact property requirements and guide them through site visits and negotiations.
- Deal Closure: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline—from initial inquiry and property tours to pricing negotiation, legal documentation, and final deal closure.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze Hyderabad's local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and emerging property hotspots to refine listing strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing teams to promote exclusive listings and work alongside legal/CRM teams for seamless onboarding and handover.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of closing high-value property transactions and managing a team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market, RERA guidelines, and zoning laws.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM software, property listing platforms, and MS Office Suite
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
