Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage inbound leads, outbound leads, walk-ins, channel partner leads, digital leads, and referral enquiries.
- Ensure proper lead allocation, follow-up discipline, and timely customer communication by the sales team.
- Drive conversion from lead to qualified lead, qualified lead to site visit, site visit to negotiation, and negotiation to booking.
- Personally handle serious prospects, high-value customers, difficult negotiations, and closure-stage customers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, location advantages, amenities, possession timelines, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and referral sources.
- Plan and support site activations, customer events, exhibitions, channel partner meets, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing trends, customer objections, local demand, and market movement.
- Prepare regular sales MIS reports, including lead status, site visits, booking numbers, revenue value, team performance, and conversion ratios.
- Take ownership of monthly sales targets and work closely with senior management to achieve revenue goals.
