Role Overview
At Nish Hair Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for an HR Generalist who can support both people and business objectives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role will be responsible for managing core HR functions, supporting recruitment efforts, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, highly organized, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage HR documentation including offer letters, employment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and other employee-related data.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR processes.
- Support conflict resolution by addressing employee concerns, facilitating discussions, and collaborating with managers to maintain a productive and positive workplace.
2. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related support.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team activities.
- Foster a positive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and values.
- Support employee retention and workplace satisfaction initiatives.
3. Recruitment & Talent Support
- Conduct initial candidate screening and evaluate applications against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
4. Performance & Employee Development
- Assist in performance review cycles and employee feedback processes.
- Coordinate with managers on employee development and growth initiatives.
- Support training and learning programs across departments.
- Help track employee progress and organizational development initiatives.
5. Policies, Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure implementation and adherence to company policies and HR procedures.
- Support compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling employee information.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
