- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Fresher - 0 to 1 Year
- Language Skills: Excellent English Communication - Spoken & Written
- Age: 18 years and above
- Basic Computer Knowledge
Skills Required:
1. Voice Process: Good English accent, Active listening, Customer handling skills
2. Non-Voice Process:* Good typing speed, Email/Chat etiquette, Problem solving
3. Confident, Patient, and Willing to work in Rotational Shifts
4. Ability to handle US/UK/AUS customers
Job Responsibilities:
Voice:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for International customers
- Resolve customer queries regarding product, billing, technical support
- Maintain quality and CSAT scores
Non-Voice:
- Handle Email, Chat, and Back-office support
- Update CRM with customer details
- Achieve TAT and Quality targets
